Advise me on this Scope

I had been looking for an economically priced Scope. I ultimately zeroed in on Nikon Prostaff 4X32 Rimfire Classic  which I found at www.riflescopepro.com selling for $112.95. Please let me know if the price is reasonable, or any other place where I could get a better deal.
